I Lose 8kg within 6 month

My company hosted a Lose & Win contest on Sept 2018 to encourage our employees to lead a healthy lifestyle. We organise weekly exercise sessions and weight loss competition.

I’m losing 8 kg at the end of the competition , I’m the winner. I get $500 from the MD. My colleagues starting to ask me how I’m losing weight within this 6 month. I told them that is the simple way, just change your currently bad habit .My experience as below :

1) Morning : I only eat 2 pcs of boiled egg, and 1 black coffee with less less sugar (Kopi o siu siu dai). Usually I will taking white bread or fried Bee Hoon.

2) Afternoon : Mixed vegetable rice ( 1 Green vegetable, 1 taufu ,fish and half rice ) . I cut down all the meal that make from flour like noodle, Bee Hoon, Bee hoon Kuih or those like fried kway teow, Laksa and others oily food.

3) Tea break : I like tea break. I will have tea break whenever in my working place, at home or with friends. My tea break usually is Coffee C, toast bread or snacks. Now i’m only have coffee C and 1 small pieces of biscuit.

4) Dinner : Mixed vegetable Rice…. as my mum in law will cooking every night, I will still taking the dinner but with very small portion of food and rice.

Remember :

  • Do not wolf down. Try eat slowly of every meal. Must chew enough for the the food for easier digest.
  • Totally cut down all the soft drinks, cold drinks and snacks.
  • Drink at least 6-8 cups of warm water. From early morning empty stomach and before food 30min to 1 hour for every meal.
  • at least 2-3 times workout for every week.

I’ve repeated the same method almost everyday.. at the end I lose weight in 8kg.
